Swanson Reed, in partnership with Wrays, have just released our 2015 discussion paper titled, Innovation in Australia Building a Prosperous Future Through Innovation. The paper is based on four innovation café workshops held by Swanson Reed and Wrays in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth in July and August 2015.
Key findings in the paper reveal that to become an innovation fuelled economy and sustain a prosperous future for Australia, three interrelated sub-structures, or ‘pillars’, need to be aligned; culture, commercialisation and productivity. The paper gains insight from industry leaders, esteemed academia and government advisories and overviews innovation trends in Australia. Based on the findings in the paper, recommendations are made to align the three pillars of innovation.
