Craig Humphris – Senior Member, Wrays

Craig specialises, and has extensive experience in providing validity opinions, freedom to operate assessments and patent litigation support. His services also include drafting patent specifications and prosecuting patent applications throughout the world, advising on patentability of inventions, carrying out due diligence on existing or pending patent rights and giving general intellectual property advice.  Craig also advises on global strategies for capturing, protecting, transferring and enforcing intellectual property rights.

Mark Jeffreson – Tax Partner, UHY Haines Norton

Mark has over 18 years’ professional experience. He joined the firm as the Forensics and Litigation Support Manager after 12 years’ experience in Chartered Accountancy practices locally, interstate and overseas. He is the partner responsible for the firm’s Taxation and Business Advisory Services Division.

David is a Tax Principal at Swanson Reed, specialist R&D Tax Advisory Firm. David provides R&D tax advice to companies undertaking R&D activities, with a view to maximising eligible tax offset entitlements. David has 15 years senior management experience in commercial roles and 14 years banking experience in business and commercial environment.
